I Don't like NOTHING about this nasty place!!!! We just moved in November, and it's infested with sugar ants! The place was NASTY! They didn't clean nothing at all. The stove blew up on me after the fourth day of being there. So, now the broil part of the stove doesn't work. Not to mention an eye on stove doesn't work either. They came and did a patched up job and stuff still don't work! I can't wait to be gone from this place!!!

They lie and steal your money. Its roach infested. My apartment was tore up when I moved in. I had a fire in my apartment in July and its January and it still hasn't been all the way repaired. I have fire stains all over my tub. They attempted to paint over it and the paint just ran down the walls . They never did a 2nd coat so you can still see the fire stains. Not only that they used an outdoor paint sprayer. I had found mold in my apartment and all they did was cut the piece of wall and put a new one and sprayed bleach on the mold they saw on the inside. The maintenance men are a joke and everybody including the office staff is rude. I've been here for 2 years and finally get to leave this hell hole.

Do not move here! We moved here from Tallahassee a few months ago and were unable to see the apartment before moving in but the price was really cheap and after continuously being reassured (by the leasing agent who got fired shortly after we moved in, probably because I complained about her) that our apartment had granite and was newly renovated I decided it couldn't be that bad. WRONG! The location is horrible for one, nothing is in convenient driving distance. We weren't able to move into our scheduled apt because of it flooding and was told days before coming down that we had a new apt number. The new apt only has 1 upgraded bathroom (if you want to call it that), we had bugs in our refrigerator the first month before they finally replaced it, we still have roaches all the time even though pest control comes every Wednesday (they have bombed the place too), and due to our apt being on the backside of the building facing the "lake" (its nothing but grass filled water) we can only get brighthouse cable (who they have a deal with, go figure) because directtv cant find the signal. Brighthouse has the dumbest cable packages for a 2bd apt, only 100 channels in the second room but paying $109 a month for full apt coverage? No thank you! That is not full coverage smh. We have 10 more months to go and I'll be SOO glad when its over. The price is not worth it at all. Our previous 2bd apt was 100 times better than this and I feel like we got cheated. The only thing I can say is that our neighbors are excellent. Ive been renting for 7 years and I've always had neighbor issues with people being too loud, especially living on the 1st floor. But here, you hear nothing and that's literally the ONLY good thing. Other than that, I've never been more upset about living somewhere in my life. Do not move here!!

The Fountain Apartment change it name to Village Spring and it got worse . The new management is suppose to be better but its worse. It take them 2 months just to fix something in the apartment. The hallways and your apartment door will be infested with spiders and spider webs, no maintenance does not clean it weekly or monthly, they never clean it. The last time they cleaned the hallways stairs and doors was when they had an inspection. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for rent to live in a better place.. Dont even bother moving here because you will regret it very quickly! I know we did and now we are stuck until our lease is up... in 9month.

I just want to say that the regional maintenance supervisor Kyle McClish might get some work done if he wasn't screwing the office manager Renee Jordon. It's bad enough that this complex is run down and dirty. It takes weeks even months to get a service call handled, but I have to watch these two people sucking face every chance they get. Which is right outside my apartment. This place makes me sick. I can't wait for my lease to be over...
