We lived here for short period of time because maintenance was horrible with thr necessary repairs in the apartment, management was even worse! They could not care less that my car was broken into on more than 1 occation. My car was broken into twice. My tire was stolen. When my husband replaced the the rim and tire, the very next day the whole car was stolen! Horrible and notorious for car theft. I've asked the property manager if perhaps they contact the police to patrol the area, she absolutely refused and said it wasn't their problem and pointed it out on the lease! I had to break my lease because it was just too stressful living in this unsafe area and paid over 1400.00 to get out of that place.

The apartment complex has had huge turnover in both residence and management. Even maintenance employees come and go frequently. Most apartments I have been in are in dire need of many repairs including my own. I wonder if the positive feedback is due to the short time those residence have lived in the complex. I have asked for maintenance since the day I moved in and have yet to have any repairs. The complex as stated in another post is indeed filled with drug dealers and users. We have all the problems associated with that sect in society. While the dog policy here is a 25 pound limit you will find many large breed dogs throughout the complex. Many of which are left off leashes and are aggressive at times. Usually when another leashed dog is present. It has become a very dangerous situation but management seems to be trying very slowly to get it under control. A child recently almost drown in the pool. Many neighborhood children and unsavory types use our pool without permission after the office closes. Management does little to control this dangerous situation. The pool is often filled late at night with drunks who do not even live here. For us long time residence we have learned to live with this due to our finances. We have no choice and do not know what to do to better the situation. This is low income housing and all we can afford so we are stuck. Perhaps some day someone in a position to do something will read these evaluations and have compassion enough to help.
