THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!! They charge you a cleaning fee just to wet the floor and call it clean! It smells horrible like mold in the walls or something! Weird nasty bugs EVERYWHERE! THEY TELL YOU TO COME AT 4 SO IT CAN BE CLEANED BUT LOOK UP AND THE CEILING IS FULL OF PISS COLORED DOTS! The black lady that works in the front is BEYOND RUUUDE!!! I asked her a simple question and she smuggled the phone so I couldn't hear but I could and was talking bad about me. NO PLACE FOR A SINGLE FEMALE GUYS WILL FOLLOW YOU LEFT AND RIGHT to your door and wherever you go. ITS BEYOND GROSS ALL MY CLOTHES ARE IN ITS BAGS ON TOP OF THE TABLES UGH ...

I stayed there in 1997 for a couple of months and outside of a broken closet door,it was decent.It sounds like it went to hell since then.But,the staff can't control who they rent to and as far as the roach problem, buy a $3 box of roach motels.If the apt doesn't seem clean enough,get off your complaining ass and clean it,after all youre living in it.Bitching about problems makes you a part of it,

I can't not even be live anyone would give this a star but I had to give this place a pretty sick review its nasty they have roachs everywhere an if I like the smell of Nast refeer people above u r from hell stomping everywhere any anywhere dropping bowling balls I'm be honest anyone with a mind really stay away from this place!!any human for real stay away from this place if u have any sence of life they dont keep the place up keep inside the apartments I feel bad for some the workers here they need a better job better pay too I note that is one the worst weekly's next to sportsmens..murder center there but cops here non stop fire n medical center for something always happending.please move out like i am

Cockroaches, fat screen TV, smelly asthma inducing apartment, ghetto, dangerous and police visit every day. Oh and wifi doesn't work. No refunds.

My parents moved into a place that was unclean. Still had the ladies stuff under the kitchen sink. NOW my mom is in the hospital with blood poisoning from the bites she got.THEY NEVER CLEANED THE ROOM AND MOVED THEM IN. They say you pay then you get to see the room. You can not see the room before you pay. Please help us to get her money back.
