Bad unit layouts, front doors in some units smack into the bathroom doors making a hazard, especially if you have kids. They keep bring up the rent but aren't making any improvements. -Glad my friends are moving out.

This place sucks- I have lived here for all most two years. The management has turned over more than 3 time since. The current one is the worst. They are clueless and treat you like total crap. I would never recommend this place. Parking is all most impossible. The rent is to high. Do not even think of trying to get someone to fix something. We had a broken toilet(among 4 other work orders). My wife called it in. The person said" Well you have two other working tolets. You are OK>) The toilet was clogged for two months. Compleltly unsanitary. This place is the last place you want to live. STAY AWAY. Unless you want to live in a slum. The FBI came to our door, To apprehend a wanted felony armerd robber. I was getting my stuff out the car in the parking lot. I found myself in the middle of shoot out. Luckly no one actually shoot at me or my wife. I have been harressed about paying a pet fee. I had to go several tims to clear this up. My dog died in Dec. The keep trying to charge me-have never seen anything about my pet deposit
