I enjoy living in the Keelers community. One thing I do need to complain about is the trash service. I feel valet trash is silly when I can care for my trash my own.

Great Community, excellent staff and customer service, very respectful, quick response if need maintenance etc, they are very flexible and committed, it is a fun place to live as well as quiet place to be both! Very dog friendly. Very clean.

I have lived at Keeler's Corner Apartments for a little over a year now and have no complaints. The staff responds quickly to any issue and/or question I have and are all friendly and easy to communicate with. Some of the "extras" you get for living here are the indoor pool and hot tub that is open year round and the community events; dinners, pool party's, wine and cheese tasting, craft party's, and much more.

I have lived here for 1 year. I strongly advise any person who considering this as there home to find a different apartment complex. I am very much displeased with the way in which this property is managed, but there are also some good points. I will try and list them fairly: Cons: Extremely limited parking Excess fees (I am paying almost $200 a month more than expected) Prometheus Management will "nickle and dime" every chance they get. Pool and other amenities are frequently unavailable for use Vehicle break-ins Vehicle vandalism Dumpster diving EXTREMELY limited garbage and recycling facilities Pros: The remodeled units are very well designed and somewhat soundproofed Pool (When it is open and/or the heater is not broken) Conclusion: While this property looks very appealing and while most of the units are about as nice as one can expect from an apartment, you WILL end up paying more than expect. Parking is atrocious, and unless you rent a parking space or a garage, you will end up putting your car on the street, which is even less pleasant given the size of the property and the distance that you will then need to walk to get to your unit. I want to like this place enough to stay here, but the property is poorly managed and I have been overcharged to the point that I wish that I had never lived here.

Our experience has been pretty spectacular since we've moved in. The staff and management have been super nice and even with the few glitches during move in, they were very great at accommodating to getting things taken care of immediately.
