Moved in this apartment about 3 years ago, the management being changed a lot! I was totally satisfied with my first year of stay, for these following two years the quality of whole property just keep going downhill. You always see different leasing agent working in the office, many porch lights and road lamps are broken, nobody cares until you keep filing the issues; even though there's a long line to wait for the maintenance to come (Only 2 maintenance people are assigned for such big size apartment complex, they are very nice people). They changed the leasing price whenever they want without any explanations or annotations! Once you sign the lease that's end of the deal. I have two other friends live in this same property, we three have totally different rent rate but the same apartment type. When I go talk to them, the current manager(female, don't know her name) told me that's part of the business and how they run it. Her attitude is also unacceptable, rolling eyes, inpatient tone, cutting me off while I'm still talking... Don't understand how could this kind of person be a manager who has the most power to rule the property. Overall, this was a great place to stay when the friendly and helpful staffs were still around, it's changed a lot since I've been here for almost whole 3 years. Stay here if you don't care they rob your money, and you are also an omnipotent maintenance kind of person. Will not recommend this place to any of my friends.
The staff and management have no integrity. Their top priority is sucking every penny out of you, it is very sad to come across people like this. Once they get you to sign a lease, it is impossible to get them to answer the phone or respond to an e-mail. Many things on the property have been broken for way too long and are being ignored, despite multiple people in the complex questioning the office about it. If you love the location, which is great, I definitely recommend Redondo Towers right next door, the management there was amazing and attentive when I lived there.
Best place that I hard ever lived. Everywhere that needed to go where just a walk away, 5-10 minutes and I would be there.. My apartment was perfect, the environment was clean, quite, beautiful, private and secure. Living there my friends often tell me than I am rich but I need my comfort and convince and La Entrada Apartments offered me that first class. If I am ever moving back to Tucson, my home will be 255 N Granada Avenue.
Great place, i'm buying a home but i would recommend if you work or want to stay close to downtown. friendly staff, clean most of the time and quiet.
The manager at La Entrada is an extremely nice guy but North Star Management will suck every penny possible out of you.
