I enjoyed touring this property. The landscaping is beautiful, very friendly staff, and great location. I plan on moving here within the next month. Cannot wait to call this my home! My apartment has a lake view, granite counters, brand new black appliances, and by the beach!

Very much enjoy living here. First, the staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. I haven't had any trouble with maintenance, they're normally in my apartment a day or so after I submit a request, so long as I don't put it in over the weekend. Residents are respectful and cordial. I also enjoy how close it is to shopping, and the beach is only a handful of minutes away as well. I would recommend this property to anyone.

This is my first apartment and I really like the pool area and the billards room. It is close to UNF and the beaches which is a plus! I haven't had any issues and the ladies in the office have been very cool. If you are a student at UNF I would recommend Crescent Ridge because it is so close and the apartments are a good size.

I've lived at crescent ridge for three years. Friendly office people. Pet friendly, I like the new dog park. Lots of space to walk dog. I live around some god people too. Would recommend this place.

This is the worst apartment complex i have ever lived at. I have had nothing but problems since ive moved in and ive only lived here for 4 months! Every single month they are trying to charge me for something that they dont need to charge me for. Gave me an eviction notice when i personally handed in my check on time, the office management is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I get nothing but attitude when i call to solve problems, and i do not appreciate it. I pay $900 a month in rent and i do not pay that much for them to make my life harder with issues that dont need to be going on. Ive had leaks in my apartment, doors falling apart.... you name it, im dealing with it. Trust me when i say, no matter how nice these apartments look, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Its more trouble than its worth. To top it all off im pregnant and own a business, and am a very busy person. I dont have time to deal with issues. Save yourself the headache and find a more respectable apartment complex that actually makes your stay comfortable and not a pain in the butt.
