Most horrible apartments I have ever lived in. They have mold and roaches in the apartments. The play ground they claim they have has never been open to the public, they just say its "under maintenance" yet has been that way for 2 years plus. They will find any reason to tow your car. The cops are constantly at the apartments whether it is for a noise complaint or domestic disputes (which are constant!).The teenagers that live there constantly throw footballs or soccer balls at your windows, they have climbed on the roof of my apartment and will go through the garbage just to destroy thrown away televisions or anything they can get their hands on and on top of that the dumpsters are constantly over filled leaving trash all over the floor which the maintenance workers do nothing about. I have had trash left on the side of my apartment and stuffed in the trees and bushes for days. I would suggest you do not live here, it is a waste of money and your personal time.

Las Brisas Apartments are the worse apartments to ever live in. They don't do anything around there. They make you pay a deposit for a gate clicker on a gate that never closes. They refuse to fix anything in the apartments. The grounds are disgusting. Why do I live here? Well I don't because the people I do know that live there, well I have witnessed them having issue after issue. One friend of mine has an air conditioner that does not work properly. Instead of cooling off the apartment, it makes it hotter. It causes my friends dog to be sick and throwing up all the time from the apartment not being able to be cooled down while at work. The apartment is a fire hazard. The electrical outlets are joke. When you plug something into the outlet, the plug just falls out. Another thing, there was no shower head in the shower. My friend requested a shower head to be put in right away and the apartment manager had the gull to say we have to order it. He has lived there for 6 weeks now, and still no shower head from the apartment complex. He had to buy his own. You have to pay for water and gas here and the hot water will not shut off in the bathroom causing the bill to be high. There is not one thing that I can say that is nice about this place.

its a cool lil spot for a first apt on our own ...i cant complain as long as i got a place to live...ya u can hear neighbors in there apts but turn ur tv up lol..but from what i seen in my 1st year here ppl just keep to themselves and dont bother u at all....my apt is clean and no roaches....so ppl just need to clean up their own apts maybe and they wont have roaches..if u want something nicer then u shouldnt be looking a for a spot in the ghetto part of colton lol

Do not rent!!! Horrible place to live. Here are the reasons: -they try any reason to evict you -it is dirty -they only want your money -they do not keep up the property -the only time I have ever seen them clean up the property is when there bosses come to inspect -it takes forever to repair your apartment -they mice rodents, roaches as well - lastly SHADY...SHADY..SHADY people!!! Do yourself a favor and use for your money for something better.

Horrible Experience!! Worst Apartments I've ever been to and scammers kept almost my whole deposit because supposedly it was still dirty even though it was empty?? also got towed 3 times HORRIBLE!!!!
