Regretfully, I cannot recommend Boca Raton Condominiums. While everything is supposed to be so high end, there are many flaws with construction, management, and sadly with neighbors. But I have to say concierge and security are friendly and professional. First, no washer and vented dryers in the units. Only a very small Euro/Asian all in one washer/ventless dryer that leaves your clothes smelling bad and will not dry your clothes at all. The contractor for the Asko unit recommended not to use the all-in-one units. If you use them you will just have hot smelly and damaged clothing. I tested two different units with a towel and after 4 hours still wet and smelly. This is what the leasing office calls "energy efficient." There is nothing efficient or convenient about running a machine for 4 hours for one load. They do have a laundry facility on the 3rd floor (which you have to pay for) but they are not keeping up on the washer and dryers. Your clothes get stained and dryers do not work. Sadly, management does nothing to fix the problem and they ignore the issue when you let them know of the problem. They always pretend it's the first time they are hearing of the problem but people talk and realize, they are not the only person having an issue. And when you are dealing with a communal laundry facility you have to rely on other occupants to be courteous. Many leave their clothes in the units without being on time. I made recommendations to hang a clip board to report problems but that's too simple. Also, there is little management can do to enforce the by-laws and protect the rights and privileges of occupants. While solid concrete construction rids any nuisance of loud music, the ventilation systems are somehow connected. Noxious odors from illegal drug use cannot be contained so exposure to noxious odors are a common and everyday occurrence to the point of nauseam (literally). Also, there was a time I went 8 months without hot water and despite having security come up to verify over and over, management turned down every invitation to come and look at the problem themselves or take it seriously. Furthermore, there has been thefts and property damage. It is only now that broken security cameras are being replaced. Also it has been expressed to me that Boca is not following standard protocol for case studies on future upkeep, maintenance and refurbishing. This means no money in reserves for appropriations according to owners which is why some I have spoken with are selling and moving out. At one time electricity went out and according to owners, Boca never paid the electric bill. Right now, it is said that the meters are broken also so determining accurate electric usage is impossible. Finally, you cannot write policy for bad behavior so this is not the fault of Boca in full. While there are some wonderful people here at Boca from all walks of life, it appears some have this VIP syndrome where they think because they have money they are special and can do whatever they want. So, you have people driving Porsches and other fancy cars and throwing trash out their car window right in the parking lot. Others leaving their personal garbage and last night's take out on top of the small outdoor ash tray /garbage receptacle and it seems picking up after your dog is something almost every pet owner has forgotten to do or they think that maintenance is there to do for them. So there is more dog feces around that I care to count, especially in the court yard/ barbecue area. It's a shame people lack common courtesy now-a-days. Money doesn't equate to class and it is unfortunate that the privilaged feel they can make Boca a dump because someone else will eventually clean up after them. Beer is left in the hallway near the elevators and it smells like skunk weed (Marijuana) everywhere. Anyway, if you are looking for a place of peace, health and serenity , you won't find it on Serene Avenue at the Boca Raton. It is just a pretty facade with little substance.

Even though I didn't move here, I really liked the concept. Concierge, dry cleaning service and a movie theater!! The property manager Kelly was really AWESOME!!!

At first pinnacle property management made me hate my move in... I was already regretting moving in when they double booked us in the same fleet elevator with another person that was moving in the same bldg. When a new management company took there place I had no problems whats so ever, move in was great and enjoying my stay. A few things that do irritate me. Are the 1 in all washer and dryer in every unit. The lack of camera's on the Basement 2nd level. My motorcycle was vandalize near the elevator and according to HOA standard anything damaged near 150 ft from elevator is included in HOA insurance policy and I have not been given any information back from property management.
