Not well managed. A small, yappy dog which lived below us would bark all hours when their owners left. It took a huge number of complaints and notes to finally get the situation resolved. They try to please everybody and act like used car salesmen towards the residents. The location is beautiful, to be sure. And the rents are pretty reasonable. That's why we decided to move in. But you have to wonder why rents are so low next to the 5 star St. Regis and Ritz Carlton resorts, not to mention a mile walk from Monarch Beach. To good to be true? It is. The reason for the rock bottom rates is a bad reputation and vacancy problems. The other issue is the people who live here. If you are a woman, prepare for a healthy dose of sexual harassment. My girlfriend was constantly bothered by drunk winners at the pool/gym. We live in Newport Beach now in apartments run by the Irvine company. We pay a bit more, but couldn't be happier.

We have inquired about living here and they seem a little proud of their place. I'm not moving here

This place is horrible. Don't waste your time and money. Office staff is rude once you've moved in, very high turn over rate. The site manager is impossible to get ahold of and doesn't return calls and isn't very pleasant anyway. My apartment had tons of spiders, worm like creatures in my light fixtures, and rats in my laundry room. Nothing is ever fixed the right way. They steal your entire deposit on move out no matter what. It's very loud with trash trucks, lawn workers, and dogs. I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The perfect location is not worth the price and all the problems.
