We have been living here for about 6 months now. So far this is a very nice community with great and respectful neighbors. The renovations are nice and the staff can't get any better. I am glad to say I stay in this community.

I have lived here for quiet sometime now, even before it was Havenwood. After havenwood started may I just this neighborhood became more secure, pretty, organized, office staff are very helpful and kind. apartments are very neat and well remodeled. pretty parks, kid friendly also PET friendly. Just an all around good neighborhood.!!!

I have been living here past five years. and I feel safe watching my kids playing at the park honesty I do love what the new management has done with the property. Also the office staff is Great.

The renovations are great! Forget what you thought you knew about these apartments. Very pleased with the new ownership and the changes they're making.

The community is somewhat friendly and the ownership is working hard to renovate this former wasteland and make it a friendly place to live. All of the construction and noise is quite annoying though
