Mantinence has always responded quickly, office staff is polite. However when things go out, like the hot tub or a gross pool... It takes a while to be fixed. Overall , clean and friendly neighborhood and I've really enjoyed my experience.

Excellent management staff very attentive to requests. Reading earlier reviews started wondering if we were talking about the same place. As of the writing of this review the property has been freshly painted and parking areas sealed. Apartments are spacious but I would recommend getting a second floor for the vaulted ceilings. Neighbors are friendly primarily young working professionals. Units I've seen have been in good to excellent condition, area is very quiet and shopping and restaurants are located across the street at Downtown in the Gardens. Great value for the area and slightly upscale comparing it to other nearby complexes. Would recommend to a friend.

I've lived here 6 years and found it very reasonable and comfortable. Maintenance always responded quickly, especially when the air went out. The washer flooded once and they had someone in the next day to suck up the water and do the carpets. Carpeting is changed everytime someone moves out, but in the 6 years I have lived here cleaning it was up to me also painting was my job. They did say they paint after nine years, but I'll be long gone by then. Parking is horendous there are just not enough places and if you live near the pool you live with late night parties even though the pool is supposed to close at dusk.
