Wonderful, quiet place to live. Clean and safe.

Management is very nice. Maintenance is quick to reply. Their very concerned about the clients that they rent to. Their always trying to make the complex a place you'd like to call home. I'd rent their again, for sure.

If I could put negative Stars I would..Please if you have any sense DO NOT move to these apartments. In 6 months my daughter has been mugged in the parking lot with her baby, had all her clothes stolen from the laundry room, had her car broked into 3 times, had her neighbors have 6 domestic violence police calls to the apartments. My son-in-law was robbed walking thru the back of the complex to work. The constant response from management is well its not a good neighborhood or the economy is bad people steal. Are you kidding me? They offer great move in deals for the reason they can not keep good tenants. After all this when we tried to move her they stated a 30 day notice or she would get taken to court... Well bring it on Mesa Management! Right this moment the police are at the complex for a violent attack on a pregnant woman by a man and another female, they locked the gate and beat her bloody in front of my daughter for over 20 minutes till the police arrived and evacuated the surrounding tenants. Please check with Hemet Police on all calls to this complex you will see it is not the place to live unless you are CRAZY!!!
