I would rate below a zero, I would give this apartment complex a negative infinity. I would not ever move here again. It was the worst apartment complex. The main leasing manager Roger Carpenter is prejudice against college students especially Full Sail students like me. I complained to him a hundred times about the neighbor living below me on the first floor banging around, slamming doors, making loud noise disturbing everyone around. When I complained she told him it was me and he took her side because I'm a dumb college kind looking for attention according to him. The neighbors here are not nice and careless, they have no respect for people's property like their cars. The neighbors have guests over all the time and you will never find parking in front of your apartment you will have to park in the parking across the street at the shopping plaza. The yard maintenance people vandalize people's cars and throw dirt all over your nice clean car. Neighbors dogs bark all day and night. Neighbors dogs shit all over the property on side walks in parking lot even though we clearly have a dog park. The one bedroom apartments on the first row on the front sit so close to the street you hear the traffic all day and night on Aloma Avenue. The bedroom to those apartment sits on the front facing the loud noisy street. It's the worst during 8:00 rush hour and even worst at 5:00 rush hour. I asked the main leasing manager Roger Carpenter if I could move he told me no other apartment was available but when I looked online there where 3 available. He just didn't want me to get the better apartment like I said prejudice. There is no gate so thieves, strangers, and trepassers come in whenever they want and cause a loud disturbance, fighting, playing loud music at 3:00 in the morning. Not to mention Roger Carpenter doesn't really have a nice attitude either.

Great staff, love my apartment, never hear any noise and the grounds and maintenance are great. Also very safe, I would recommend to anyone!

Its wonderful and clean apartment complex to live in.

I loved living here. Before I went apartment hunting I spent a few day checking and cross checking apartments. This apartment was number three on my list, but I knew after the tour, it was perfect. The building staff is friendly and always cares about your needs. If I had the choice, I would definitely live here again. :)
