THEY DO BACKGROUND CHECKS LIKE ALL APTS DO BUT THE COMPANY THEY USE (CORELOGIC) ONLY USES A PERSONS NAME AND THEIR DATE OF BIRTH TO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK. NO SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. LOOK THE COMPANY UP AND READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. SO IF YOU HAVE A COMMON NAME AND YOU SHARE A BIRTHDAY WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS THE SAME NAME AS YOU WHO LIVES ANYWHERE IN THE U.S. THEY WILL LINK YOU TO THAT PERSON. MY FIANCE HAS A COMMON NAME AND THEY LINKED HIM WITH A MAN WHO LIVES IN VIRGINIA THAT HAS A FELONY ON HIS RECORD AND THEY DENIED US ON THAT BASIS AND WE LOST OUR MONEY. I STILL CANT BELIEVE IT. HE HAS NEVER EVEN BEEN TO VIRGINIA. THEY DONT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU APPLY AND HAND OVER YOUR MONEY. CORELOGIC USES PUBLIC INFORMATION THAT ANYONE CAN GO ON A COMPUTER AND LOOK UP. THERE IS NO WAY TO FILTER OUT TWO PEOPLE WITH THE SAME NAME AND BIRTH DATE. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL US TO LET US KNOW WE WERE DENIED BASED OFF A MAN WHO LIVES IN VIRGINIA WITH THE SAME NAME AND B-DAY. INGRID YOU WILL GET YOURS ONE DAY. AT LEAST LET SOMEONE KNOW THERE IS A BIG CHANCE THEY WILL LOOSE THEIR MONEY. THIS IS NOT OVER. I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT YOUR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. YOU CAN NOT DO PEOPLE LIKE THIS AND GET AWAY WITH IT.

BUGS, BROKEN GATES, RUDE STAFF, UNSAFE. Terrible is the only word that comes to mind when describing these apartments! Beg Bugs, Roaches, and Ants are nothing compared to the attitude of the staff. Rude people, who lied to my face! Our light went out on the stairs months ago, and has never been fixed. Which is dangerous to bring anything up the stairs, which are pulling out of the building. The parking area is starting to look like the face of the moon again because of the massive holes reforming in it. I am sure management did not notice the light went out above our stairs because they will not come here at night. Oh and they lied saying the gates work, the few times they did closed they locked me in the complex so I was late to work. The front desk answered the phone and told me "We know." Well 'we know' does not fix my time clock that says I was late. I am sorry if you need to live here, especially since the gates never lock. After a few months a strange man ran up the stairs at my girl friend, then got in a car and drove off after she ran in the apartment and locked the door. Not to say abduction, but when the gates don't lock, who knows who comes in here. Oh and I have seen more cops and DEA agents at night here, btw. Oh and the apartments are so infested with bugs the maintenance people who lived below us moved. So nice that maintenance can't even control the ants, beg bugs, or roaches. This place is a nightmare. Hope this review saves you frustration and a horrible experience.

I lived here for one year, and I am moving out as soon as I can. I hate the beg bugs, roaches, rude staff, never closing gates, and lies from the staff. Do not live here if you have a choice. Seeing the cops outside and hearing people say they were robbed when walking down the street around here, should indicate the level of safety in these apartments, and the gates don't close. The apartments are super dusty so if you have allergies, do not move here. The walls are thin so be ready to hear screaming neighbors and loud music, alarms going off at three in the morning regularly. We actually turned on the water in the bathroom and had ants come out of the fossett rather than water. This is a warning if you do move here, be ready for the rude staff, bugs, and lack of closing gates.

i have stayed in these apartments and havent had any MAJOR issues here, yeah the maintenance is lacking in great service but the office staff is always nice to me when i come in to do anything. it stays pretty quiet where me and my family stay at and i like it here. they need to kick out the lazy maintenance guys and move forward location is also great get to where im goin in a hurry and i plan on stayin for a while here until i buy myself a house i say as long as you pay rent on time and keep to yourself you dont have a problem

I been with this appartment for almost two years and rent is 105 more then what I first start paying . They never fix anything you have to call them 4 to 5 times for the same issues I went on vacation and came home to a boot on my door and eviction notice I was pissed off because a paid my rent early and was locked out of my appartment the manager just said a light sorry then open my door today I got a call saying that they lost my keys for the 2nd time Im starting to think somthing fishy is going on like them enter appartments when tents are not home and taking things someone needs to be held accountable for this .some one was supposed to come and change my lock at 6:30 today still no sign of them will wait until 7:30 then I will replace it my self this is not a good place to live because your rent will go up but nothing is ever fixed and they make to many mistakes that could lead to being sued . Update they are now sticking residents with outrageous 105.00 water bills Im started to think we are paying water bill for the property usage as well the grounds are not kept dog poo is everywhere and the play area for the little ones look like a war zone they try to make it seem like a good place to live but it's not they also Change the name to get rid of bad reviews
