They have horrible management and customer service skills. I would never recommend this horrible service. People attending is very aggressive, do not know how to explain the terms of lease and always want to get more money from you. We were recommended this building at the company where we work but we ask explicitly to take them out of their recommendation lists. We took a very bad experience of them, just do not go there.

Great place, service calls are quick. Security is iffy...it is expensive. No storage space, but its texas and thats normal. If you get a placr facing the main parking lot its noisy and can be annoying, like loud car systems at early morning hours, loud people above you, car alarms going off in the early hours. otherwise it is a great place to rent, and im pretty picky

I just moved, but already I feel safe and at home in this meticulously-manicured complex. The pool and grounds are beautiful and the management staff is very friendly. The residents are friendly and the whole complex is calm with no loud noises. There are many families as well as young adults, and everyone is very respectful of each other.

After living at the Phoenician for several years, sadly I recently had to move. Before I left within the last few months there were several different management teams; the place is always under construction and the amenities that they brag about are pretty much standard at any apartment. But the worst complaint is management. They don't care about tenants, only the bottom line, and they have horrible customer service. and because of the Move-in Specials they are letting practically ANYONE live there. If you're going to spend money renting. Don't do it here! Because you will spend more when you break your lease when you move early.
