this place is ok, i needed somewhere like asap and the chicks in the office helped me out a lot. pricing was ok compared to other spots i looked at. the one apartment i looked at was good. had nice appliances and floor, just enough space for me. i also have a dog that other places would not take because of some dumb weight limit! that was another plus! its close to everything so the area is perfect for me. i did not have any negative things to really say about anyone or anything, i would at least say to check it out i suppose.

Customer service at Pointe at Steeplechase is awful. Its been over 2 weeks and I haven't received my deposit back. I asked that it be mailed to me because I wasn't able to come to the location. I am still waiting. On top of that the leasing agent Brenda was rude and she hung up in my face. The property isn't even that great for the type of service that you receive. As soon as my application was denied, I found an even better location closer to my job. So I'm not bitter about that. However, I am not happy about how I was treated when I was inquiring about MY own money! If you are looking at this property, make sure this is exactly where you want to be before putting down your deposit. It may take 2 weeks or longer for you to get it back!

Awful!!! They check your history from places you never paid rent. We were supposed to move in on a Friday and because I got mail at an apartment complex in HIGH SCHOOL, they said we have to check your rental history. Make sure this is where you want to live because you will get the run around just to live at a second or third class complex.
