Awful, awful management. Was towed twice here. Once, I had a rental car because I was in an accident and my car and the pass were inaccessible. I called the office on my way home from work (15 minutes before they closed) and explained the situation, and asked if they could leave a pass under my door, since I wouldn't be home in time to get a pass from the office. They refused to do this (my guess is because they were too lazy to help me out so close to the office closing). So I had no choice but to write a note myself and put it in my window because there were no visitor passes or parking spots anywhere on the complex. I was towed overnight. Second time I was towed was because the parking pass that management had written out for me had an expiration date one month prior to the end of my lease. They inadvertently wrote the wrong date apparently, and I was towed again. This cost me 2 days of work, cost of taxi rides to the tow company, and $250 in total charges. I requested to have the tow fees reimbursed and received no response from management, they wouldn't return my calls. Once my final month rent came about, I continued trying to contact them about the reimbursements and other disputes on my final bill, and they still wouldn't respond. They did however respond fast enough to give me a fine for not paying my final bill in time, because IT WAS IN DISPUTE. Ohhh and I didn't have a working dishwasher the entire time I was there. Service team came in to fix it two different times. The first time they were there they spent 5 hours identifying the problem, going to get "new" equipment, and installing it just to realize that the "new" washer was defective. After they left, they closed the ticket in the system marking it as resolved with a note that they installed a new washer. Failed to mention that the new washer was also inoperable... This place is absolutely ridiculous. I plan to report to BBB, and am angry that I haven't already.

Think 1000 times before you go and live there. You would be better off living in the streets than presidential greens.Horrible Management, they love to lie. This lady(latia) told me after i move out i can drop the keys into the drop box that night and they wont charge me for the extra day and next morning i get a bill from them charging me for the extra day.I had theft in my apartment ,there is bed bugs every where, noisy. Maintenance staff is very slow.I am laughing at myself giving these people 1 star cuz they don't even deserve it.

This place is not a luxury apartment, lol! Not even a little bit! It's rented out by Section 8 hipanic immigrants and the rest are people who were suckered into getting an apartment by the fast-talking management company. Utilities are ASTRONOMICAL---Factor in an extra $250 a month to pay for electricity, gas, sewage, trash and water. Oh, don't forget your cable and internet! That's going to be extra. People are loud ALL THE TIME. The tow company they contract with are vultures! YOU WILL GET YOUR CAR TOWED FOR PARKING A CENTIMETER OVER THE LINE. LOL! This place is ridiculous---please save yourself the headache and trouble by NOT renting a place here. I still have a couple of months to go and I will be SKIPPING out the day my lease ends. At least I know now what to look for when I rent an apartment, but this was an EXPENSIVE lesson. OH, I should also mention that utilities are shared which is why they're so high. So, you can be one person living in an apartment but have to share costs with the lady upstairs who lives with her 5 kids, baby daddy and grandma who live upstairs. Ridic.

Lived here 3 mos. I've NEVER seen an insect infestation like the roaches at this place. The problem can't be resolved since the neighbors turn away the exterminator. Also, a lot of mail (outgoing and incoming) went missing, including packages. Some or all of it was the mailman's fault. I know this because I found one of the outgoing boxes wide open, somehow still containing my outgoing bills a month after I dropped them in. We had a few paperwork issues with the management, but they did okay for the most part. The community is exclusive Hispanics, mostly from Honduras. Great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. Great bus service.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Bedbugs, roaches, totally infested with bugs. If this doesn't steer you away, research the process of getting rid of bedbugs. It is near impossible and you will have to replace all of your furniture when you move out. I'm getting chills just thinking of that place!!
