The only good thing about this dump is the location. The negatives are, paper-thin walls and floors, AC went out 3 times, water-heater went out twice, ice machine went out twice and dish washer went out once all in the period of 12 months. No after hours maintenance so be prepared to rent a hotel room if your AC goes out after 5pm or on the weekend. Rash of break-ins during my time there, they advertise onsite security but its just a Houston police officer that live there and will handle small issues when he is off duty and not engaged socially. My run in with a break-in was that someone active tried to force their way into my apartment while I was home, the criminal went as far as to remove my peep hole on the door to look into my apartment to get a better idea if I was home alone and only gave up when he saw that I was on the phone with the police. The apartment staff did nothing in as far as asking for increased patrols or sending out warnings to the other tenants to be on the look out, they treated it very matter of factually like it was something that happened all the time.
