Owner is not a ppl person but very responsive to the tenants requests. The maintenance crew is a 24 hour crew and its the same 3 workers all the time. They quickly respond to any problems or requests even screwing in a light bulb. It's mostly families with children and working class ppl who live here. There is security always driving around making sure vagrants are not roaming the building. The owner has pest control come out twice a month so there are no bug ibvasions, and the building is always clean.

Area not safe!!!! I hated living here. My neighbor a girl with 3 kids by 3 babydaddies that all like to hop in and out of her bedroom window. Like to drink 40 oz beers and smoked weed all day on my stairs. And Mangers did nothing. But collect your rent money and not fix anything. At least 3 different peolple had their cars stolen. Bire wire is along the outside of these apartments. Gates NEVER work!!! AND washer and dyer hook up is an EXTRA $50.00 A month on top of your rent AND dont forget to pay your WATER TRASH and SEWER bill and the average bill is $65.00. Oh yeah, the owner is a creepy middle eastern guy who talks down to educated women.
