Moved in the beginning of August and so far it has been good. The staff seems to like work with you with any issues and if you need something fixed, the crew comes in relatively quick. Only thing we have an issue with are the pets. Or at least our downstairs neighbor's pets. We don't want to open our bedroom window or rear sliding window because the pet smell is horrible. Otherwise, it can get warm here and there are no A/C unit apartments, so bringing a couple of fans should work out fine. Other than that, we like living here, it gets peaceful and the grounds are relatively clean.

The apartments are not bad, the gym is good, the pool is good.. Its not the best place but its also not that bad... Its a good place to live in... Lack of airconditioning is a big problem as it gets very hot sometimes... A good fan should solve the problem though... My biggest complaint is that the walls in the rooms are so thin. When my neighbor plays music, I can hear it in my room from his place. Overall i would say move in if u get a good deal.

The apartments upstairs are less expensive if your not too loud there is no problem. The patio area can only be customized to your liking if it complies with apartment managers policies. Pool is awesome. Its set to 65 so its not too cold and the jacuzzi is great to relax in. gym is a 5 out of 10. The apartments are nice but needs better carpet. Bathroom is not well ventilated, so mold does grow but as long as your leave the bathroom door open after a shower the problem is minimized. Overall not too bad. Better than most.

Do not move here. Period. After the initial move in period where my husband and I were lead to believe we could set up some sort of privacy in our little yard since we were right on the pool the community manager was a total jerk and denied us all that was promised upon move in. She hated our dog first off for some weird reason and wanted us to get him a "bark collar" even though the dogs up and down our building barked 10 times more then him. After a couple months of peace they started to do construction on the place that is still going on after 5 months. Among the crazy workers waking us up at 7am cussing and throwing things and our entire community being taken over with construction constantly (none of which does anything for the residents, its only to make the community look nicer to outsiders) the community manager cussed out my mom and almost hit her with her car when my mother was visiting on Easter. To make matters worse I documented all of the problems with the workers (smoking while working in my open doorway while I am 8 months pregnant, continuously parking in my parking spot after being asked not to and leaning against my car, never completely finishing a project and leaving our backyard a mess before the weekend) to name a few) I contacted the company that owns the complex and all they could tell us was they were sorry but the construction on our building will be done this week. It is now two weeks later and they still aren't done and its only gotten worse. Its summer time now and we are sitting in an apartment with all the windows taped up and closed in 85 degree weather with no air conditioning. Management doesn't do anything and is passive aggressive leaving rude notes on resident's door, several times on the weekend someone has forgotten to unlock the room where you put money on your laundry card, there is no air conditioning or heat, the carpet is as cheap as it gets and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Oh and the crazy community manager lives on site and is rude to your guests and goes out looking for people making trouble. Take my advice, don't move here.

The people living below me smoked out my apartment daily with Marijuana, smoke poured from underneath the bathtub; the staff said tough luck. Then while I was gone at work they refinished my deck and put all of my property into the neighbor’s yard below, who moved out and stole all of my items (roughly $700 in fishing tackle and grill), they said tough luck. One of the property managers lives above the pool and harasses anyone enjoying the amenities. They are extremely cowardess as well, always dodging confrontation, making up lies to get out of situations. Been here for a miserable year, will never sign a lease with Rosewood or their parent company AIMCO.
