Pet Policy: We love pets at Southgate Apartments! There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet plus $10.00 a month per pet. Pets must be 50 pounds or less when fully grown. There is a limit of either two dogs or two indoor cats per apartment. No aggressive breeds.

Application fees: 1 person $35, 2 people $55, 3 people $75. Reservation fee is $100. Deposit $250.
