Not Perfect! I have had more positive than negative experiences though! I would recommend the complex to anyone. Quite except on holidays.

The carpet was not even new nor steam cleaned as we were told when we moved in. The previous occupant had pets. Fleas still there jump on us. Pets peed in the closet. We had to repeatedly ask for the carpet to be changed. Let's see if their Ozone odor neutralizer machine gets rid of the lingering odor.
