DO NOT move here!!! This place is HORRIBLE! The mice issue is absolutely disgusting! On top of that, when you call the office about the issue, all they do is send maintenance out to put sticky pads behind the refrigerator and accuse of lying about having mice!. This place does not care about their tenants. I have literally contacted them 4 times regarding this and even demanded to move to another unit and still nothing has been done. I am now in the process of contacting the health department since they refuse to handle unsanitary and infestation situations. NO ONE should be dealing with this! I am also in touch with Corporate in hopes that my lease will be broken with no penalty to me. Also- maintenance is horrible. The unit above from me had a pipe leak and I received water damage to my walls because of that. All they did was come out and do a half a** job with re painting the wall. It was disgusting! The paint is peeling nonstop because they use cheap paint in the units and The gate is a complete joke since no one is ever there. These are NOT luxury apartments and I REFUSE to live in filth paying about $1000.000 a month. Please do not move here. If you are an existing tenant, contact the Health Dept for your rodent issues as I plan on doing today.

When I first move here a few years ago, I had no complaints for the first year or so. Then the entire office staff changed and things went downhill. I will list my top 10 problems and the reasons I'm moving this year: 1. I'm writing this as the water in the neighborhood is out AGAIN! At least once a month, SURPRISE!!! You have no water without warning. They will then come around and post signs on the building door explaining the newest pipe burst and they hope it's back on soon. Meanwhile, you need a shower and to brush your teeth. 2. The security booth is a joke. They have lowered the hours that security is in there down to 9pm - midnight. What kind of joke is that? And then the guards don't do take info of visitors, people (including myself testing it) just drive right through. The locks on the building doors rarely work. Anyone can get past the security AND can get into your building. Why are we paying so much? 3. Then came the mice. So they sent out a guy who set out generic snap traps. How about pulling out my stove and plugging the hole once I told you where I see them most often. So I got a cat to fix this problem. 4. Which leads me to maintenance. Where do I start. Ok, they do come within 24 hours of your call. Fixing the problems are hit or miss. 5. When it snows, they do plow, but they only put salt on the street that leads into the neighborhood up to the leasing office. The rest of the neighborhood has to depend on the sun to melt the packed snow before we can stop sliding. 6. In the summer, they keep the grass and landscaping in the front of the neighborhood done nicely, they may cut the back every other time as the front. 7. The young guy who used to clean the community areas of the buildings, although he was always on his phone, he kept the buildings spotless and if he saw a lady taking out her trash, he would carry it down for her. Now, the building (at least mine) has trash in it for days at a time, cigarette butts outside for months, trash in the grass for weeks, and if it snows the carpets are salt covered for months. 8. In my building, they placed a group home full of males on the same floor as two apartments that house a woman and daughter. Who is making the placement decisions??? 9. If you are late on your rent, within three days they come around and place open notices on the building door or on the outside of the mailboxes for public humiliation. I take them down and delivered them to my neighbors doors for their privacy when I see them. Everyone who enters the building doesn't need to know you're having an issue that month. 10. The dumpsters are in one area of the neighborhood. There are approximately 10 small dumpsters for recycling (but not), and one large compactor for trash. If they show you an apartment and your windows face the dumpster, RUN!!! There is no fencing to shield the view from seeing the trashy mess of an area. This dumpster area is overflowing by mid week and the compactor breaks at least 2 out of 4 weeks per month. When that happens, trash bags are everywhere until Monday (trash day). I can go on, but this should be enough for you to get the picture and understand why this is my last year. I can say a few nice things though. The staff is friendly, yet ineffective. The apartment units are spacious and offer the amenities anyone would want. They do nice things for holidays and the kids periodically. Once a year they have a catered adult pool party. Ummmm, yea, that's all I can say. That list doesn't make it to 10.

It's a good place but it take them a long time to clean the building carpet when you report to them that its a mess.

The only thing I really like about the facility is the spacious apartments. I live in a two bedroom with a den and the square footage compared to most, this is huge. Now with that being said, these apartments can use some upgrading. The windows are BAD, during this last horrible winter, you could actually see paper blowing that was infront of the window cause of the draft. I had to apply towels to attempt the block the air. I lived here long enough that I wanted my rugs cleaned, I was told everything needed to be moved off of the carpets. Where in the world am I supposed to move all this heavy furniture, come in and clean around the furniture. My neigbors are NOISEY. I have complained but writing letters to management. The noise level was so high, the dishes in my china closet were vibrating. The squeaks on the floor from walking sound like a haunted house. The kids are loud and have no respect for property. They throw rocks at signs and skate on the tennis court. The new recycling area is always cluttered with trash. There is one trash compactor for the entire community and several recycle bins. They need to add additional cause the compactor is either broke or has trash piled around it. The access buzzer to my building is broken once a week. It just buzzes and anyone can open the door. When my fiancee's lease is up, we are out.

I was recently added onto a lease (8/09) and have been extremely happy with the complex, I don't know what's going on with all the complaints on here. I did have an issue with a leak in the ceiling (we're on the third floor) that did take several phone calls to have fixed properly due to some miscommunication on their part. The apartment itself is very nice and open, we don't have a lot of noise where we are, but that's going to vary by your neighbors. Everyone is very friendly and chatty (which I'm not used to, but is a welcome change from my last place!), there is always someone at the gate in the evening (and the gate is actually used as it should be!) We've recently had several snow storms and for each one they plowed on a regular basis, they have shovels in the lease office to borrow to dig your car out, and they leave a bucket of salt at the door to salt the sidewalk as needed. Overall I'm very pleased, there are far worse places to live!
