Wonderful apartment complex. We've lived here for a few years. They are wonderful and very kind. A very safe neighborhood.

They're great before you move in. Then once you're in your door lock breaks 8 times a month, the lights all go out, the heater stops working, half the light sockets don't work, and they don't care to fix it. The "lot guys" are rude and creepy. Hope you're prepared for random in home inspections, cause they do them often. My roommate and I had such a bad experience with this place. The service is terrible. Everyones cars get broken into, there's gunshots, people getting arrested constantly. The mirror above the fireplace is pretty neat though. The size of the bedrooms are larger than most.

we have lived here for about 2 years now and aside from the relatively steep rent we don't have any major complaints with management or maintenance. we have needed to call just a few times regarding routine stuff like light bulbs and the door on the storage closet. every time we call or submit maintenance request they have the problem fixed within 24 hours. unlike the previous review i have never heard a gunshot, never seen any cars get broken in to. and "random inspections" I am assuming you mean when they do their annual inspection once a year and give you 2 weeks notice prior entering. there have only been a handful of times they have entered our apartment aside from maintenance, and that was to check smoke detectors etc, clean the dryer vents, and once someone had a leaking water heater and they wanted to make sure there was no damage to our unit. we have had problems with neighbors smoking and rowdy neighbors (it's an apartment) and when we had neighbors yelling at 2 a.m. management was very prompt in fixing the situation, and there is a courtesy patrol available 24 hours a day for this exact situation. the previous reviewer must be staying somewhere else. If you can afford to live here it is a great community.

Great place and couldn't be happier. Maintenance is wonderful and speedy and the office makes for smooth sailing, especially love working with the assistant manager and the maintenance guy who does a majority or the repairs. Yes parking is horrible but everything I ever want and/or need is here! Hence I signed another lease

We recently moved to Stone Pointe and were really excited because the apartment is really nice, has all the ammenaties that we wanted and they allow you to be creative in making your apartment your home (i.e. painting the walls is allowed, etc.). Although we had a rocky move in, we have still been very hopeful about living here as a place we can settle for the next few years. We did have some problems while moving in that do need to be addressed- but the great thing about Stone Pointe is that they have been working with us and the maintenance is speedy (meaning that we have needed maintenance to know this). We still love our apartment and having a gated community, but the biggest and most frustrating problem is PARKING IS TERRIBLE. We were told it wouldn't be a problem AND IT DEFINITELY IS! Every night I come home from work I have to circle several times and end up parking buildings away from my building. This is very frustrating now, in the middle of summer, so I am DREADING the winter time when it is cold and rainy and I have to walk really really really far to get to my car. It's so far, and it makes me uneasy as a girl walking that far in the dark. There are some definite pros and cons to this place, like any other, but if parking is an issue for you, then you really don't want to move here. It's super bad. Oh, also, it is pretty loud at night with the windows open- even in the middle of the night (not great to have to keep our windows shut in the summer heat but we won't sleep if we don't). Overall, though, you have to weigh it out because the staff is very nice and accomodating and they want to help you it's just that a walk through is a little misleading and needs to be looked into more in depth. Our apartment is really nice and homey though, enough said!
