Never come here. Not for a 480 a month efficiency. They'd have to pay me 480 to move back here. Moved in within the first week realized there was a huge roach infestation that they (forgot) to mention when I signed. The people here are trashy as all hell, no one seems to respect or care about anyone else. The neighbors I had absolutely sucked. One lived next to me, a hispanic girl all of 18 years old with 4 kids, constantly slamming the door and dumping plates of food outside; on my porch (I'm really not kidding). Always screaming and hollering at her kids, even late door slamming. This person also nearly burned her apartment down, before neglecting to pay rent and being evicted. Girl on top of me is like a storm-trooper, always stomping and slamming. I basically always hear when she's home, and I never get rest or peace in my apartment. Never come here. There is also this popping or clicking in the wall - from a pipe or something from the pressure. It sounds like someone is knocking really loudly within the wall. I hear this all the time constantly, late into the night and morning hours. There are always people walking RIGHT by your apartment, because the sidewalk goes RIGHT by your window...you can hear every conversation, every laugh, every kid screaming as they pass by. There are thugs and wannabe posers everywhere. They all hang out at the basketball court and stare everyone down that walks by. There are a group of kids who hijack a pavillion near a playground (yes a playground) and smoke weed in front of everyone. Nothing ever gets fixed, you put in a work order and they will completely forget about you. You have to remind them 6 times and still nothing gets done. This place is a major headache and pain in the ass. I'm trying to think positive and I hate it here.

The worst apartments you could ever get into. We found these apartments on line in 2010. Relocating from Washington to San Antonio. The pictures we found on line were nothing like what we walked through when we got to San Antonio. Infested with roaches. They were everywhere and after one day at the apartment they were more than willing to switch our lease from 3 months to one month. But then they kept the signed 3 month lease and tried charging us the extra 2 months after we moved out. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? Plus a month after we moved out there was a shooting at these apartments. Just found out 4 years later after checking out credit score. Then called Sun Park Apartments and their response was that I need to find the lease for one month and then send it to them. They let go of the employee who authorized the one month lease. REALLY??? Now I am on a search to find the revised lease agreement. After 5 years. I have several witnesses and am taking this to court. I want this off of my credit report. NOW! So far I have 5 witnesses that were there during the signing of the revised lease. I will continue to dispute the charge and the mark against my credit score. What's right is right! The women running the office at these apartments do not know how to take a charge off after 4 years. When it is in their so called, "Dead files." Seriously???? Needs new management and honest employees. Not to mention the first night we were there we found a bat in the apartment. He was probably snacking on the roaches. They then said it was probably because they sprayed the apartment before we got there and left the windows open...,..the windows didn't have screens on them. Can't wait to go to court. Statements, witnesses and pictures. It was bad enough that we had to keep all food in dry storage in rubbermaids for a month to prevent roaches from eating our food. Disgusting!!!!!!!!! I can't say enough about the horrible experience we had with these apartments and their management.

TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Earliene (one of their workers) processed my application after not showing one piece or paperwork that proved I met the income requirement. After deciding not to lease with Sun Park , the management claimed my deposit was not refundable. The minute I asked to speak with their manager, they put me on hold for ten minutes, and magically my deposit was going to be refunded. Now, I am waiting for my deposit to be mailed. I tried speaking to a manager and she had conveniently "just" walked out. So, I asked to speak to corporate and their manager had just told them to "not release any contact information for corporate." I HIGHLY recommend you stay as far away from this complex and ONLY use it as a last resort. You will thank me later.
