The most horrible experience ever, the place is decent but the manager is the most horrible person I have meet in this town and I am so surprise she runs that place. She is a modern version of HITLER- hateful, prejudice, arrogant, racist and all around mean. She takes pride in being rude. unfriendly, mean, mean, mean!!! If you are hispanic and /or have children beware, you will be treated badly and humiliated!!!! She thinks this is the only place in town, I will or do not recommend anybody to move there as long as she is the manager. Sadly corporate is in Atlanta, Ga. so there is nobody locally to monitor her unethical behavior. Also, too expensive for what it is. Beware, beware, beware!!!! PS- As you all can see I am not afraid to post this review under my real name!

I lived at Sundance for a year and was impressed at how nice the employees are. I didn't go to a lot of the functions they hosted because I don't have kids, but I was allowed to live a quiet life in my apartment without major disturbance. The only drawback was that we could hear the person above us walking around, but for the most part it was extremely quiet.

Nice place but only one dumpster in the whole place.

There should be an "average" choice...

Rats running from shrub to shrub as soon as it is dark, residents who can not be bothered to put their trash in the dumpster, but leave it piled all around, residents/visitors driving around at all hours with hispanic music playing loudly/base blaring. You can hear everything that happens in all surrounding apts, from coughing to every step taken to cabinet drawers opening and closing....problems with bed bugs in some apts...
