We currently have 3 studios available in our 1926 Belltown beauty. Find yourself through the ornate lobby and see a slice of history in one of the oldest buildings in Belltown. Originally built as a hotel for the World's Fair, the Davenport reflects it's era. Maintaining its vintage charm with the original crown molding, weighted windows, and walkthrough closets! These amazing closets give the interior space much more workability. Along with the bright sunshine coming in through your windows, these units have all new updated lighting. In addition, there will be updated plumbing and appliances where outdated. They all have large kitchens with plenty of storage among the normal amenities and most have a window for abundant natural light! Also, a large bathroom with the shower tub combo and new pedestal sinks. Each studio is unique, among the original tile and marble in the bathroom and kitchen contrast by the original parquet hardwoods in the rest of the studio. All studios have the original butler cupboards and some still have the ice box in the kitchen!! The Davenport does not just have one good side. Find yourself overlooking our colorful courtyard, or with the nostalgia of the monorail running beside your window. The building has above street access with a beautiful rhododendron courtyard. We have onsite laundry facilities in the basement, and the neighborhood offers just about anything one could need.Sitting right on the edge of Belltown, the Davenport is in the heart of the city. We sit on the edge of a triangle including lower Queen Anne, Belltown, and South Lake Union. In one direction one can walk downtown to Pike's Place, the public library, immense amounts of shopping and much more. Walk two blocks in the opposite direction and find yourself at the foot of the SpaceNeedle and its entire complex with the Pacific Science Center, Key Arena, and the EMP. The neighborhood will fullfill just about everyone's daily needs with a variety of stores for groceries, on-the-go food and pastries, numerous local coffee shops, the classic 5-Point Cafe, and delicious varieties of restaurants. These units will not last long at this price and size within the neighborhood they reside. Any other questions or to schedule a private viewing, give us call at 206-728-0218.
