I lived here for two years. At first I loved it. The staff was friendly & helpful and I didn't have too maintenance problems. Towards the end of my first year, I had a problem with mold and they just wanted to cover it up. I moved to another unit & they started to hire new staff & that's when things went down hill. I had a water heater in my closet, no locks on the bedroom doors, and what appeared to be mold on the floors ( they say it was just wear & tear). The walls seemed to be paper. I heard everything my upstairs neighbors did, especially the arguments. If you, just have to stay there, make sure you look at the unit you will be staying in before you sign a lease

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff has responded to every issue (only 2 so far)I've had promptly, and they are making constant upgrades to the landscaping, units, pool, etc. My apartment is one of the remodeled units with faux hard-wood flooring everywhere except the bedroom. Washer & dryer are included. The pool area is very pretty, and the work out facility, while small, are up-to-date. The complex is only 1 mile from downtown Tallahassee, so it's great for state employees, and we're surrounded by shopping (Governor's Square, Winn Dixie, DSW, etc.) and restaurants (everything from fast food to sit down restaurants). It's also only 1 mile from Cascade's park and less than 1 mile from Myer's park (tennis courts & running paths).

I have lived here for almost three years and it is a quiet, safe place to live. I have had some issues with plumbing and old pipes, but maintenance (even after hours) has been great. The apartment is spacious and my dog loves the "bark park"! Also, if you're thinking about moving in, write my name down on your application :)

best place to rent an almost perfect apt! ours is the best in the area! close to the offce, both pools, post boxes and everything.) and we've got a perfect view from the living room and a cosy porch, like all southern houses! the porch seems to be smth essencial.) for me - it's one of those things that have this southern touch.))

I have been ripped off from this place. When I moved in, I was too anxious to sign a lease so they didn't tell me anything about discounts they had and let me pay $825 for their crappy one bedroom apartment (it is not even the good one in their property). The air conditioner was so loud that I cannot sleep at night. When I moved out, they charged me over $500 for leaving "unremovable stains" at their floor but the floor material in that apartment was the worst I have ever seen in my life and it was impossible to avoid stains at that kind of floor. They have taught me one lesson: don't trust the landlord or management company who runs your apartment, they are your enemy and they are always ready to eat you alive. Be cautious about the lease and be patient about your apartment searching, don't end up in this kind of apartment like me.
