Buyer beware!!!!, this place is scam. Is a money pit, not because is pricey "upscale" is because they try to nickel and dime you for everything. If you decide to move in be aware of your monthly bill and when you move out good luck. You will get a nice bill why your mirror were dirty or why everything was not 100% like if you lived on a bubble. I had a professional company clean my place spotless and even then I got a nice bill for stupid things. I like to add there is always new person at the office since they have a terrible turn around with their front office employees. They are other great places in town who offer "upscale" living . No matter how good the deal is stay away and hassle . I also believe the management company is call MAA and has been suit many times for their practices.
