Been here for 6 years. Under new management and owners. So far not impressed. Lots of promises yet cannot seem to keep up with daily maint. or care. Dirty pool, un groomed grounds, bugs, garbage, dirty gym, A/C in there works "sometimes." When I moved in there were movie nights, a monthly newsletter with different events going on in the clubhouse. Now nothing. Can't even get a person on the phone unless it's around the first of the month when rent is due. maint is slow if ever. Office staff completely uninterested. Very sad it used to be lovely here. Any of the pictures you see are older when place was kept well. I will be moving when my lease is up unless some miracle happens.Maybe new owners don't care and are going to demolish the place and rebuild after they drive us all out.
