I do not live here. The rent is too steep for the flimsy quality of the buildings/units. You can find a local house with a pool for $1200-1300/month -- why pay more for less privacy and noise issues? Phone conversations can be heard from neighbors, which I noticed while viewing a unit. Lots of dog poop on the sidewalks (they do have a dog park area); shouldn't this be cleaned up more regularly if residents are neglecting their dog-owner duties?

Love it here. my family was the 4th to move in when they opened 2 years ago. Only drawback is there is no storage space.
