I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment as soon as possible until my lease is up on July 1st. Fully furnished is an option, I have a comfortable full size bed, two barstools and a comfy armchair that can stay in the apartment depending on your needs. This building is really amazing, full of amenities, and was renovated recently (3 years ago). I will include their website at the end of this email. The neighborhood is also a great perk, it is very safe and has excellent dining and entertainment options, its even two blocks away from the Laugh Factory.
