Worst apartment ever, maintenance issues, pest issues, noisy neighbors, management is totally useless, the have no clue what's going on not at all helpful and this apartment is very very old, so std of living is poor....... since last 2 weeks heard about complaint on University website about weird ppl entering into somebody's apartment and police were involved, ghetto like feeling, a lot of international folks are crammed into one apartment 5-7 ppl in one bedroom apartment.... this is ridiculous, do yourself favor and live somewhere else, I wont even want my enemy to live in this apartment....

The office/management steal your money. Charged me twice 50.00 for tranferring light from their name to mine even though Electricity was already under my name day of move. You need an electricity acct # before moving into the apt. or they won't give you the keys. Electricity was already under my name day of move and still charged me. Really?!?!?! Last months' rent was paid online since I was out of town and it was a prorated amount. Shows up online as full amount, you have to pay in person. Had to pay online since out of town, told me I would get a check sent to new address for the difference. When I moved out I left the apt spotless, then I called to ask where's the check. "Oh there were some cleaning charges" For 200 dollars?!?!? seriously?!?! And all the statement said was "cleaning charges", they could not tell me what exactly it was they cleaned. They just kept the difference to themselves.

Crappy place to live since the new management under Earon Hunt, Property Manager. She is aweful. Nothing gets done. Communications are worst than one would have with his ex-wife. Then, hot water problems, pest problems, trash everywhere problem and laundry room problem (=filthiest place for a laundry room). Leasing office will never communicate anything before it happens, but they sure will after it has happened....seriously!!!...Dont rent here....it is a DUMP!

Don't let the villa-style pool fool you--the apartment's structure is crumbling. I have lived in the complex for a month, and since day 1 there's noise from neighbors because of poor sound insulation, water is constantly leaking from upstairs to our tub, and millipedes, mosquitos, and a bunch of pests are roaming my apartment. Their management is also terrible--even though they open 7 days a week, there is only ONE person that has the access to system, so my proof of renter's insurance and referral information never went through, and my questions about utility charges never got answered. AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I went to the main office restroom it was filthy I didn't bother to get a quote from Sharon. Big turn off
