This complex is nothing like it was when I moved in 2013! They had a winning team in the office along with a hard working maintenance crew before they fired the best property manager along with head of maintenance and causing all the good workers to seek new employment and leave one by one. This complex have gone through 5 mangers both property and financial, 4 of them between August 2014 –December 2014 alone. The property manager is very condescending, lazy, rude and cocky making sure she lets all tenants know "This is her property and she's being doing this for 21 years!" worst of a bully. She has refused to talk to me about the status of my account right before placing two 3-day notice on my door one day before the other with two different amounts. I have been trying my hardest to get things done on my own being proactive and going down to keep in contact with the managers. But the problem is they were only there for as long as a month to little as a week. I tried to reach out to home office which took 2 weeks to reach her only for her to state to my fiancé, “You can't live anywhere for free and all you need to do is trace your money orders.” We called to find out they have already been cashed and it will take $45 dollars to trace them all. I have been wasting my time and energy so now I have reached out to a lawyer and found multiple new and old residents with similar problems. The word around the complex both from workers and residents is that someone is stealing money. My rent has gone missing for two months. I couldn't get my September rent paid because every time the government program reached out to the complex it was a different manager. They have been double renting apartments ever since the complex manager they fired back in late 2013 to earlier 2014. They close down amenities that are open 24 hours in the surrounding apartment complexes. I have lived in several different states and have never seen anything as repulsive and heartless as this. Please whatever you do don’t come to any apartment under this management company this is a business to them not and it being a home to us DON'T MATTER!!!

I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone! I sold my home and needed a place to rent for a few months. I decided to go with The Enclave because they offered a seven month lease. I actually should have known better when they switched my apartment 4 times before I even moved in! I didn't actually realize they place people on different sides of the community according to who has kids and who doesn't. After I educated myself on rentals, I realized this was a huge violation!! After I complained several times about the apartment view, I was told I was moving into an apartment with balcony and pool view, they said they would switch my apartment when one became available. I had no choice but to move into the one they gave me because I had no place to live. I checked back with them week after week. Nothing! Finally after 5 months of being told nothing was available, I explained to the Manager that I was leaving based on the dozens and dozens of conversations we had over the 5 month period and the fact I was lied to over and over again. She agreed that I was given wrong information and she would allow me out of my lease based on the situation. I moved out and even spoke to her the same day. I gave her my address and all the information to get in contact with me. I never heard from her. I assumed everything was fine. I recently just found out that The Enclave At Tranquility Lakes charged me over $5,000 for breaking a lease! I had the Managers approval and blessing to move out! This is on my credit report. Don't live here! They will lie and lie and lie to get you in, then charge you. I realize now that what they did by discriminating because I had a child and placing me in a "certain area" of the community is against the law. As well as charging me an outrageous price for leaving when they said they wouldn't. I will be perusing this further with the DBPR; BBB and the State of FL. I will also be speaking to an attorney about my rights and legal action. I am sure I am not the only one that had this issue.

Although we lived here for a short time, The Enclave was by far the best apartment complex we've ever lived in. Not only are the apartments and grounds beautiful, they are beautifully kept. The dog parks, gates, and trash pick up are just a couple of the amazing amenities they have. Our experience in Florida was amazing because of the wonderful management. Kristen went out of her way multiple times to help us, not only when we were looking to move (all the way from Kentucky) but also when we were leaving (going back to Kentucky). She was amazing. The Enclave is amazing and if there was any possibility of moving back to Florida we would choose it again.

I currently live here. I can attest to a few facts. 1. The grounds are kept clean, the amenities are usually well groomed and orderly. For example, the pool is usually clear of debris and the gym, though small and without antibacterial necessities, is free of clutter. 2. The new management, the management following the woman named "Wendy" in the previous reviews, is uncaring, unsympathetic, and seemingly stubborn to policies while ignoring the spirit of the policy. Examples: We were told today that a money order and a check that we were giving as payment for rent were only being accepted this once and that, in the future only similar forms of payment would be accepted. In other words, if we walked in there next month with a check and a fistful of hundred dollar bills, they would reject the payment despite NEVER being late with payment. Another example, a friend went to the office to give greater than 60 days notice stating that they were moving out. The office rejected the letter stating that they needed to give EXACTLY 60 days notice. No more, no less. 3. Their response to broken household items is far from appropriate. I've been waiting two weeks for my microwave to be fixed. That may not be a big deal, but when you're paying in excess of $1200 per month, you want your appliances to work. In fact, they came to fix the microwave once, did nothing, contacted no one, then pretended like it was fixed. They only agreed to fix it when I asked when my lease was up so I could plan to leave. 4. They entered our apartment without record and without notice. They stated that they were doing fire extinguisher checks, we needed to leave our fire extinguisher outside or they would enter. It was left outside and serviced. Long story short, I knew somebody entered the apartment and they claimed it wasn't them until I stated that I wanted my locks re-keyed, debated a $50 fee, and suddenly they stated it was them who entered to service a fire extinguisher that didn't need service in the apartment. 5. I've been told that packages that I know are in the office, are not in the office. I had to beg office personnel to check to see if my package was in back. Door to door delivery is not an option at this complex, I'm just glad Amazon texted to tell me it had arrived. Needless to say, as of today, I'm planning on finding another place to settle down with my wife and newborn. I'd like to think that we're the type of people you want to stay since we're quiet, we pay on time, and we're looking to settle into a place for years and raise a child. Unfortunately, a combination of high rent and uncaring management has prevented this place that I have called home for over a year from becoming my home for much longer.

We lived there for over 5 years and loved it for the first couple of years. Then it all changed! Noisy neighbors with kids stomping on their floor our ceiling and leaving their cigarette butts in the planters. After speaking neighborly with them about the noise, it got worse! The management threatened them but never followed through on the eviction. Instead WE received a letter from the management reminding us that consistent noise wasn't a good enough reason to break our lease. The topper was after I got jumped by one of their friends one night as I was coming home from work. It's been 2 years since we moved and I recommend NOT living there. GETTHO!
