So far I have been here for 4 months and it is a very peaceful area. There is never really a problem in parking because parking is assigned. Also, the office is very friendly and welcoming. We never have problems with them. One thing is that the doors of the neighbors are facing each other. Once you walk out of your door,, there is the 4 neighbors doors. The grass is not well taken care of because of the dog poop that is all over the place since no one picks it up. However, my dog enjoys the area because there is a small dog park. The facility is great and pet friendly. One good thing is that there are stores everywhere around a 1-2 mile radius and the only mall in Daytona beach, walking distance. The apartment is located at a very convenient location close to everything.

Lived here for 3 years during college. Great location and friendly staff. My car did get vandalized the last year I was living there, but I would not blame it on the apartment complex. You will find these issues with any place unless it is gated in. Overall, I enjoyed the Harbor very much!

I was robbed by someone that has a key to my apartment. There are cars that get broken into here regularly, unfortunately you don't find this out until you move in. When I called and told the apartment manager, she sounded like she didn't know why I was reporting a break in to her, even though it says to in the lease. BEWARE, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
