While living in Lakes of Tuscana for almost a year, the facilities have been wonderful and the service pretty good too. However, when we went to inquire about renewing our apartment lease versus going month to month (we need ahouse with a yard for 2 young boys!), we were told that our rent would be going up to the market rate...200.00 more than what we pay now, and if we decided to go month to month, it would be an extra 300.00 per month. I don't know nayone who can deal with that level of inflation each year! This far outweighs all the good that we have experienced in the last year!

Well I have to agree with Summer S. ! shes right on with all that , people upstairs are constantly stomping around at all times of the night... , tell the office and you get no where,Ac always broken, bugs, stupid pool rules , i can even hear the lady next door snoring through the damn wall (hmm guess what else we can hear}, what people pay to live here you would think that things was taken care of ... BS! The nicest thing here is landscaping... Lol And the maintenance on the weekend Lmao..A whole new set of rules for that service to...These people dont care about you or your family ..stay away from this mess wish i had .

I relocated to FL from CT a little over a month ago. I spent weeks searching for a great place to live and Lakes of Tuscana seemed like the best place around for me and my two young sons (my husband passed away last June). I coordinated with the office staff who were very friendly and did their best to answer my many questions. I had plenty as this is my first apartment. When I arrived here I was happy to see their website pictures were true. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept. The pool and common areas are beautiful with nice, comfortable, quality furniture. We visit the pool often and I never felt like it was overcrowded even on the weekends. The other residents are polite and respectful and friendly. I am pleased to find that there are no problem people (at least in my area). My neighbors are very friendly to my boys and even remember our names. My apartment is airy and spacious. When I arrived it was thoroughly clean and I was honestly expecting to have to do some cleaning but it was completely ready for me to move in. The hardwood floors in my living room are beautiful. The fans and fixtures are clean. The carpet is clean and unstained. We love the deep bathtubs. Our lanai is very comfortable and we have very nice walk in closets in two of the bedrooms and a good sized closet in the third. The closets have sturdy shelving and I found it easy to store everything I need to in the storage closet. I had a three story home in CT so I have a lot of stuff. My neighbors are really great! Surprisingly enough, even though I am on the first floor I hardly hear my upstairs neighbors and they have three young children. I have never heard them after dark. I think I have the best neighbors! They have helped me with my groceries and they even helped me with my trash my first week here. I am thrilled my boys have friends so close to us. As a mom I worried my boys would take time to make friends and I am relieved they love it here and they love their new friends. There is plenty to do without leaving the neighborhood. We swim and go to the park and we are now amateur fishermen. There are a lot of fish in the lake as well as turtles and shrimp and a couple small gators which fascinate us (there are no gators in CT so we think they are awesome!). There are a lot of beautiful birds and we like to sit in the Adirondack chairs by the lake and watch all the wildlife. To sum it all up, if you are looking for a beautiful, safe place to live with friendly neighbors and staff and plenty of amenities and extras then this should be your next home. Originally I wanted a temporary place to live until I learned the area and was ready to purchase a home. Now I think I want to stay here. My seven year old son told me a couple weeks ago "Mommy, you picked the best place to live in the whole world!" I am proud to call Lakes of Tuscana "Home"!

We just moved in 3 weeks ago and all I can say is lindsey who took care of us has gone above an beyond to make us happy here. She is an asset to this complex. Also the maintenance dept has also gone above and beyond to take care of a few things that needed to be fixed. Mark Ethan and Jeff will do what every is needed to be done in the apt within 24 hrs and sometimes the same day which is amazing. I would highly recommend the Lakes of Tuscana to anyone who is thinking of going into an apt it feels like a home. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you feel at home.
