I currently live here. The management has never double-crossed me and have been very up front and nice to me. I have no real complaints, but I don't use the pool. I like the dog run, and find the sidewalks good for running and walks. I feel relatively safe, though the fact that my gate clicker rarely works is rather annoying. I also greatly appreciate the gym, and find the management receptive to any issues I have.
Don't even go there that people rip off any person ,I went to apply for apartment and I paid $325 ,200 for deposit and the rest application fees and blablabla ,they call me 3 days later and said I was denied and I couldn't get my money back because they say they hold the place when the place wasn't ready yet .they don't deserve not even 1 star ,I understand the application fee should be pay but steal all my money, I don't think is right
Moved down here a few days ago - staff is very friendly, place is quiet and neat. Really no complaints at all, our apartment was clean and ready for us to move in. Had a few small issues with the stove not being plugged in, couple outlets that need to be fixed etc, but nothing major. I was very nervous about moving and they made the whole process painless and stress free. BTW the place is really a 'lodge' as they say - lots of trees around us and we saw an eagle on our walk way this morning. Love it here.
WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER. The management here is incredibly sneaky and will do anything they can to squeeze every last nickel out of you. They are unwilling to work with tenets and will tell you one thing and then charge you for another. Management cannot be trusted and do not work to serve the tenets. The apartment complex is not well secured. "Security" drives around on golf carts while talking on cell phones at night. This is not security. Furthermore, where was the security when a drunk driver hit a car in the parking lot? People are always walking in and out of the apartment complex in this rough neighborhood. Police were called repeatedly for suspicious characters looking into people's cars. The grounds are not very well kept. The pool is ALWAYS dirty and cluttered with leaves and dirt. The "business center" was awful and never had printer ink or paper. The computers at the business center were incredibly slow and rarely connected to the internet. There was never an opportunity to get anything done in the business center because the walls are so paper thin, you can hear the leasing agents gossiping about tenets too loudly to get anything done. If leasing agents were half as concerned about providing consistent information to tenets and less about what they looked like, perhaps the experience could have been better. DON'T LIVE HERE. I NOT RECOMMEND.
I'm new to the area and new to living in an apt. I can definitely say The Lodge is a great place to live. Staff is friendly and so are the neighbors. So far everything exceeds expectations.
