This place is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help and they constantly are having giveaways for guests and free stuff in the lobby. Everything is new; the pool is nice, the gym has everything you need and the clubhouse is state of the art with a pool table and projector room and everything. It is located very close to campus and near a lot of places to eat like Chipotle and Chick-fil-a.

I have lived at the Luxe since it first opened in 2013. Next year will be my third year living here at the Luxe and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Tallahassee! I love the amenities especially the gym it even has a row machine! The property did have a bug problem this past summer from the construction going on behind the property on Tennessee Street. The management did a great job at handling the situation and hired a new pest control company and ever since then I have not seen any bugs!!! Overall the Luxe is an amazing place to live it is walking distance to campus, is close to so many different great restaurants including the retail shops below it and has an incredible staff who is always willing to accommodate me to make me feel at home! I LOVE THE LUXE!!!!

I have lived at the Luxe since the very first year it opened and I loved every second of it! The amenities are gorgeous, the retail shops are incredibly convenient just like it's location! Everyone is so friendly and I really feel like the Luxe has become my home away from home. The resident events are so much fun and the gym is gorgeous. I could not see myself living at any other apartment complex in Tallahassee!

The Luxe is close to campus, making for a quick and easy commute. I also like that fact that it's new. Nice, clean shower. Nice, clean everything. Everyone has their own bathroom. It's also pretty modern and has a lot of cool amenities.

The amount of money you have to pay to live in this terrible place is absolutely not worth it. I have lived here for a year and a half and have had problems with management countless times. Starting with move-in: My best friend and I had "first preference" when picking rooms (bc we have already lived here) and did not get the rooms we wanted… we ended up having to split up and live in different apartments (we called multiple times prior to move in to make sure we were placed in the appropriate rooms and were reassured multiple times that we were). Choosing floor plans is difficult because all the rooms are different sizes and some people will pay more for a disproportionately smaller room. Currently our ceiling is leaking brown disgusting water. ALSO …. there was a ROACH INFESTATION for the first 4 months we lived in this disgusting place.. and they did very little about it until the spring semester… if we wanted our apartment exterminated we had to call every single friday to be put on the list….. all in all please do not live here.
