I honestly don't think any other apartment complex around Tulsa can top the Remington at Memorial. It's clean, bright, secluded...there's trees everywhere. Most of the apartments have huge balconies and huge windows. Besides the apartments themselves, the club house has E-V-E-R-Y thing. A Theater room, pool table, shuffle board, a nice sized gym with the BEST equipment, movies to borrow, bikes to borrow, a huge pool with a very nice grill place. And just when you've decided that the place is great, you look over and see the vending machine or they tell you there's free breakfast. Sold.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago and so far it's been amazing. I moved here from Somerset at Union, if people think Remington is bad they need to give that place a try. I have not met this Tammy or any office staff that have been rude. I have delt with only Jennifer and she has been nothing but helpful. They ran a special that if we moved in by the end of August then we get our next months rent back on a gift card. So we moved in on the last day of August and got our gift card the next week, no problems. The apartment smelled like fresh paint when we moved in. While not the most appealing smell atleast it didn't smell like urine or anything. Atleast it was something that made sense. Everything here is just really nice. 2 things I wish were better, the back gate had an entrance (it's exit only for whatever reason) and the grill is kinda run down. It needs a pretty good overhaul.

My wife and I lived here for almost three full years and had to break our lease ONE month before our contract ended. We, of course, were charged the cancellation fee, which was no problem...they even agreed to break it out into three payments over two months. So we thought that was nice. However, no one EVER contacted us about setting up the payments (after we contacted them several times, the office manager never returned our calls) and instead they just turned us into a collection agency...How rude is that?! When we go to speak to the manager at the leasing office, the front desk never lets us speak to her (Amber). It's like they protect her! Well, enough about that, that's not the only reason NOT to live here. The office staff is just plain unfriendly. They do not care about you unless you are a potential resident, once you move in, good luck getting a call back or any sort of help. The maintenance staff is somewhat friendly, but once again, good luck getting ahold of them either! These apartments are really nice looking and accomodating, but the unfriendly staff and our experience detailed above make me NOT RECOMMEND these apartments!!!!!! RENTERS BEWARE!

I have to agree with Lindsay, the staff here is real arrogant and uptight. They are not the least bit of friendly.
