Worst patchy streets, stinky ponds, dirty lawns full of dog shit, unfriendly management with 0% "CUSTOMER VALUE", unsafe neighborhood in a word "CHEAP APARTMENTS". Not worth the price.

Good place but management is HORRIBLE!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Full of nonsense ppl and cheaters!

I lived Like more then 2 Year , Was pleasant at my begining days here ...because its close to my office.Day By .... feeling tot ally in secured and So many theft and in secured .Totally irresponsible people if ask about the thefts, literally lieing like not happen anything, People there are not at all trust worthy people. very nice before you move in ..after you signed the lease the scene is totally different. So many penalties and fines. its very clear their intention to grab you security deposit.Like cheap minded people. Literally robbing the tenets money. BEAWARE AND BESAFE Sri.

I have rented an apartment for a year, a very nice place to live in. no problems with place as such, the problem only happens when you move out. Please make sure you have accounts for all transactions you have with them (even your bank statements are not good enough), like how much you paid for the rent,what date and time you paid and when they will cash it out, etc because they don't (for some reason they would like you to keep track of all those). They will send you move out receipts which will contain transactions that you will not be aware off. To avoid those problems please make sure you have documented each and everything. May be have a monthly once meeting to see if both the transcation sheet match up.

I've lived in about half a dozen or so apartment communities from college to the suburbs. By far they are the most professional, friendliest and consistent staff I've ever encountered. The grounds are well kept. Every maintenance request is fulfilled. I've lived in a one bedroom and now a two bedroom and loved both. I've had a few little minor issues but nothing that could not be resolved. I've never had my car or anything broken into. I feel safe at night taking out the trash or walking to the club house to work out. It's a convenient location and I plan on staying until I can afford to buy a condo. Price wise not too shaby. Yes Albany club is cheaper but too much traffic and people. And who wants to deal with that annoying gate that backs up traffic about 12 cars deep constantly. Just too much going on over there. I've recommended to friends or anyone looking for a good location. The area is growing with new businesses on Stelzer. So it's as good as it gets!
