Rhonda went above and beyond to assist with our situation. We are currently between homes and needed temporary housing. We love being downtown and so close to everything that we can just walk to get to where we are going! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I never lived there because I had to cancel do to health issues. But the staff was amazing. They were very concerned about my health. Eric Tripp would call to check up on my health. They were so understanding when I canceled twice. I would recommend them to others.

Great living spaces as well cost affective with amazing views of not only the city but the rivers too i would recommend to everyone who loves the city

I lived there for 2 years. It was convient being downtown but the management was not so great. I never got my deposit back after promised to me 3-6 weeks after I moved out which was October 30th. It is December 29th and I am still fighting with them. The manager promised me three different checks on three different dates and I have yet to see it. I cleaned that apartment and was it was nicer then when I moved in. Jose, one of the office manager's said it was perfect. Another complaint is that I had a backed up disposal over a weekend and I called maintenence all day and of course I never got a response. It finally got taken care of after 3 days. They tracked mud in the apartment and on the kitchen walls but it was fixed so I didn't complain.
