So far all my experiences at Trinity District have been great! Everything is nice and brand new. We feel pretty spoiled by the stainless steel appliances, the great sinks, and the quartz counter tops. My husband and I are actually both able to fit all our clothes in our huge shared closet. Management has been kind and helpful with anything we've needed so far. And, you can't beat the location. I can walk to work in under 15 minutes!

I moved from another town where I enjoyed yapartment living experience. Toured at least 20 different properties and this was definitely my favorite From the rental staff to the facility itself it is purrfect. No noisy neighbors Everyone is very friendly and my place is great. The property is brand new and nothing had been skimped on. I have more closet space then in my previous two bedroom. The location is great being less then a mile from downtown Ft. Worth. Great parking garage. Makes my quality downtime very primetime

I love Trinity District and highly recommend the apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a relaxing but fun place to live! I used to live in The Berkeley apartments near TCU campus which is owned by the same company as Trinity District, however the differences between the two are night and day! The office staff are incredibly nice and helpful at Trinity District, the amenities are in perfect condition, and the average age of the people who live here are older than those at The Berek which means it is MUCH quieter. Trinity District is only one trolly ride away from downtown and Molly the Trolly is available for free and will pick you up right in front of the apartment complex and will take you smack down in the middle of downtown for free! You cannot beat the location of this apartment complex. The apartments are brand new, have wonderful appliances, and beautiful hardwood floors. The pool is also beautiful and the garden is great! The only negatives I have found is that the layout of the apartment building is pretty darn confusing, but after you get lost a couple times you get the hang of it and it is no longer an issue! :) The other frustrating thing I have found is there is not much visitor parking. Overall, Trinity District is an amazing place to live, extremely safe, and the pros DRASTICALLY outweigh the measly cons. I highly recommend making T.D your new home if you are on the prowl! I LOVE IT!

I really like living at Trinity District. I like the convenient location and the social activities that they sponsor. The building is new and has nice amenities. The staff is really awesome and they respond very quickly to any requests or concerns.

The location is ideal, the community is invigorating, the apartments are well designed, constructed, and appointed as well the staff is pleasant and responsive. Who could ask for a nicer place to call home?
