Communication between leasing consultants and maintenance team seems to be nonexistent. Maintenance has left disgusting messes in my apartment multiple times after completing a maintenance request. I've complained multiple times and have even shown pictures and videos of the mess to the leasing consultants. After asking and confirming that maintenance would call me the day before they came into my apartment, they specifically did otherwise. They came in when I wasn't home without any notice whatsoever and left a disgusting mess all over my bathroom. I asked for a notice so that I could remove any important items like my toothbrush so that they wouldn't dirty it because during the previous request, they splashed dirty water from the water heater (located inside the closet inside the restroom) ALL OVER my desk (which is outside of the bathroom). Don't get me wrong, I am grateful that they can fix things but at least have the courtesy and respect to a person's home. Hopefully this helps any of you who is thinking about moving into this apartment community.
It took a little longer but i finally have a moment to write. Ive only been here for a few days visiting a friend. She kept talking about how shes wanting to move and about the rent and it doesnt amount to much because it feels like wasted money. Anyway, we met the new guy. Rusty, he was so nice and funny. We kindve just say a few words when we see him in the morning when he picks up trash. Weve seen him tackle bigger projects that have been sitting for weeks or months... but theyre done. Anyway, we like to make sure good work doesnt go unnoticed so we wanted to a review. Thanks :) Skye and Ashley
Bad management. Bad neighbors. The neighborhood is rough (consistently see cops at night) and noisy! The walls are paper thin- you can hear your neighbors' conversations, babies crying, dogs barking, people having sex, etc. all hours of the night! It's very hard to get a normal nights sleep because of the noise. Management is slow to respond to repair requests (if they respond at all). Horrible location- so many traffic accidents getting in and out of the complex. The gates are a pain in the butt- if you come home at 2am on a weekend, cross your fingers and hope the gate works for you to get to your apartment. If you can spare a little extra money in rent, there are much better places to go. Can't wait until my lease is up!
I am very disappointed with this complex. There has been an ongoing problem with leaking from one of the bathrooms, the carpet has been soaked for over two weeks now. They have to be constantly prodded to fix anything. The cabinet doors throughout the entire apartment are peeled and horrible looking, none of the electrical plugs are flush with the walls and it basically is just in poor repair on the inside for the $1200.00 per month rent. The gates are always a pain. They never work correctly even with the bar scanner so they serve only to keep me out of my apartment as everyone tailgates into the community anyway.
Loose electrical plugs, two light fixtures fell out of the ceiling. Took maintenance forever to deal with any of it. Busted gates that seem to glitch out frequently during the night time no matter how many times you back up to let the lazer scan your car bar code. Then to top it all off, had a ridiculous rat problem. And they charged me for the extermination fees. Asked other neighbors about it, and they had a problem too and they were also charged. Been here for over half a year and the rats are still here. I had to throw out a few bags of new dog food because of those bastards. Don't bother living here.
