It was a good price when I was renting there. I had to break my lease, for moving out of city. Move out was horrible, the maintenance people forgot twice my schedule time to review my place. On top of that I was told if I touch up the walls I wouldn't get fined. Wrong, expect not to get your deposit back. I was charged for all the walls to be painted and carpet stains. Which was already there when I moved in. I informed then on my first day. They didn't even care to look back on my move inspection. The only good note I would say is the staff is friendly. I would not move back though.

My experience at Woodbridge Meadows has been awful. People constantly have their dogs off leashes. There is dog feces everywhere. Every aspect of the facility is dirty at all times. This includes the pool, jacuzzi, gym, public restrooms, and laundry rooms. Kids are consistently using the jacuzzi at night- including kids that don't live in Woodbridge Apartments. They smoke marijuana illegally in the restrooms and on top of the management office. They also leave alcohol bottles everywhere. They come almost every night and they stay past the pool curfew. Often the kids bring bubble bath and the jacuzzi is frequently out of service due to this. The streets are small and windy causing huge blind spots- this is an issue because everyone speeds without looking where they're going. There is NEVER enough parking- not even for those paying to live here. Employees here are terrible, they actually bully people that are renting here. The employees always leave rude notices about leaving our own bikes out on our own porch. We have been stolen from on multiple occasions. I would never suggest renting from here to anyone.

Price was right for me, best deal I found in Irvine. I moved into a unit with newer appliances which I'm not sure all units have. Inside of apartment is a bit "cheap", such as scraping against the wall with just a little force will scrape the paint away and leave a mark. But this isn't an issue for me, but maybe for others. Heater/AC is a pain and so is laundry. Grounds are nice and so is the location. Management is okay, and maintenance have been friendly. Had a couple maintenance issues that were fixed promptly. They allow cats which is a big plus too. Happy with my choice to live here, though if I was planning on staying in Irvine long-term I might choose to go somewhere with washer/dryer unit inside the apartment.

BLACK MOLD. I moved in to this supremely polished turd thinking I was going to save money on rent, let me save you some time and possibly your life. Its not worth the brain hemorrhage you will get from inhaling BLACK MOLD. All the times somebody messed with my laundry in the laundry room, all the times my friends couldn't find parking when they visited and had to park on the street a block away (where I saw some car get completely totaled in a rear end collision and where you get ticketed if your car isn't moved by 8AM), finding out that the carpeting in our apartment is almost 5 years old from one of the office workers, none of it compared to finding BLACK MOLD in the wall and being told by management that it was nothing to worry about. Do not believe a word that comes out of their glorified used car salesmen mouths. I cleaned my bathroom with bleach and every week there was mold on the ceiling again. This could be due to the poor ventilation, even though I turn on the vent and open the window when I shower the bathroom is only 9 square feet so moisture accumulates no matter what I do. I was forced to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment in there "dog friendly" area after buying my dog (the police get called every time my dog barks. I'm sorry I have noisy dogs but I can't keep them cooped inside the apartment all day while I'm at work. Why the hell do you need peace and quiet at noon on a Tuesday anyways. Get a job hippy) They gouged me on my deposit, I received a bill instead of the refund I was promised. $300 to clean the fridge, really? With no damage in the apartment whatsoever and a negligible amount of cleaning remaining to be done the grand total came to $900 to "clean" my apartment. I am the type of person who doesn't even leave dishes in the sink. When I questioned them all they had to show me was pictures of dusty fan blades. Fast forward to the "dog friendly" apartment they made me move to, during move in we bumped a wall that was soft and made an easy hole. Upon inspection there was water leakage from the outside it was full of BLACK MOLD. I will post the picture. I had the mold problem in both apartments so I know I'm not alone. At least now I know where this perpetual cough came from. Avoid this place like the plague, or you may actually end up with the plague.
