I've lived here for 2 years and I love it! The office staff is great and friendly and the maintenance staff is quick and friendly as well. Due to their convenience, I use the computer room, gym, and pool often. The commute to FSU campus is quick and easy!

Awesome place to live while going to FSU. You can see Doak from your apartment so you can only imagine how great game days are. I like being able to walk to FSU and the 24 hour gym and computer lab are a huge plus. The office staff and maintenance team have helped me out whenever I needed them. It’s defiantly a great place to live.

Living at Villa Dylano has been a wonderful experience. The Villa Dylano staff are quite friendly. Amanda House, the manager, is excellent, and the maintenance staff is outstanding. Whenever there is an issue, maintenance responds right away. Villa Dylano's location is very convenient - within a 5 minute walk of FSU campus and the main Seminole Express bus hub (although keep in mind that it's generally unsafe to be walking alone at night in and around the FSU campus). As for the apartment itself, I really like the amount of light and space in the apartment. Also, the apartment clubhouse has an exercise room which is helpful. Overall, I have been happy here for the past 18 months and I would recommend Villa Dylano to my friends.

I have lived at Villa Dylano since August and I have already renewed my lease to stay another year. Yes some of the things in the reviews are true such as sometimes you may hear your neighbors if they are having a get together but it’s a college apartment complex so a little noise is expected. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and have been more than helpful when I had issues. The gym and computer lab are 24 hrs so that is great! I have had issues with my internet however the office staff has done a great job on getting it fixed when the issue came about and with the computer lab being 24 hrs I always had that as a backup. Overall Villa Dylano is a great apartment complex with a location that is too good to pass up!

LOVE THIS PLACE! I have lived here for 2 years and i have to say, if your in Tally; this is an awesome place to live. The Apartments are very nice, they are pet friendly, the staff is fantastic! and should something happen; maintenance requests get taken care of as soon as possible. What more could you want? I would recommend Villa Dylano to anybody in the Tallahassee area.
