Please don't be fooled by the management's comments that they are a new management company and are trying to change the culture. My family moved out of this property in February 2015. Most of our time was under the old management company which was deservedly horrible. The new management company took over a few months before we moved out. For about 2-3 weeks they were great, completing all kinds of projects. Then, it just stopped. It again started to take multiple weeks to get work orders done. And, there was just general confusion overall (and this was a few months after taking over not a few weeks). We left our forwarding address three times with the office, but even after three times they did not have it. When I would go into the office to speak to people there was the same disinterest that had plagued the previous management. To try to get a questions answered was trying to pull teeth. And, no surprise, even though we spent a week cleaning the apartment, they did not return our security deposit. Somehow they found a way for us to owe $13 (obviously finding enough things for us to not have to owe a significant amount, but also not to get any money back). And, they did this by charge an exhorbitant amount some of the simplest items. So, beware!!!! If you don't have to move here, don't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived here for 6 years previous management was terrible and the new management is terrible as well you cannot get blood from a turnip and these people think that by "fixing" up the place a little they will be able to change the neighborhood and crank up the prices. they bought an apt complex in a degrading area and no amount of money will make it any more desirable. Maybe a little bit of research would have been in order. painting fences and not allowing felons to live here will not make it a better environment as I have personal dialog with many of your maintenance and they have said the turnover rate is high and you refuse to pay people with proper experience a fair wage.During the change when you fired all of the maintenance they broke into many apts and stole from them. the gas company shut our gas off in the middle of winter it took two days for you all to come out and the maintenance just came in turned it on said it was fine i then told you people to turn it off until the "stop leak" was fixed. You threatened to call children services on our family because we refused to accept your maintenance telling us it was fine.I called the gas company again and they scanned the area for leaks they found one and it was a very easy fix they just tightened a bolt and they fixed YOUR furnace and help my family stay safe!..Rent has steadily been rising even though the area is getting worse. The pool is disgusting and I have never trusted it hopefully you all will pay someone to test it every couple of days but this will be seen this summer. I feel like I should not have to pay for a dog every month as this is a high crime rate area. There were multiple homicides last year and in the past 6 years there was 8 that i can remember one of which a man was stabbed at the mailboxes at 5AM and children walking to school had to see the remnants of blood all over the sidewalk, and there was a swat standoff just a few months ago. You told us the police would be here regularly and they have dropped off and i never see them anymore. The owners are not from ohio or columbus but from another state and could care less for our community. This is a rental trap stay away!! OH and its been months since our work orders were submitted and our stove is still broken! a month later!

Honesty I wish I never moved into these apartments. I came in during a change in management. My original deposit I gave the first management company seem to had disappeared so I had to pay an additional deposit to the new management company. The apartment was nothing like the model. Please don't be fooled the model is gorgeous . . . my apartment is crap. And my basement is nothing like the model. I had a move in list full of things that needed to be fixed. It is now month five and I am sure that list was not looked at again. We have to call randomly to try to get things on the list fixed. It takes for ever for then to plow and salt. And there always seems to be trash in the grass etc. they do pick it up but by the time I get off work something always seems to be back out there. I pay 755.00 in rent with a water, trash, and sewer bill of about 100.00 monthly (please don't ask me why it is so much. My dad has a house and it is about that much for three months). I think that at these prices they should be doing better. Rent and water is due on the first and you can't pay rent with not water but they never have the water bill ready. Then the excuse is we have till the fifth to pay rent with out penalty. The water bill a month behind so what is the problem. These apartment over priced for the living situation and customer service.

Well, these apartments are not perfect, but I also don't plan to live in an apartment forever. I've been pleased by the changes that have been happening lately here. Someone bought the place and they seem to be doing some good things. All in all, I think it is a pretty decent place to live until I can afford to buy a home.
