I had to move here for business, and rented out a one bedroom apartment. The apartments face back to back (kitchen to kitchen or bathroom to bathroom). Noises in those areas are very sensitive, which means you can hear every slam, creak, and conversation from either neighbor. Depending who neighbors you, they can be very irritable and complain. In winter months if you want to save some money and turn off the heat when you aren't home, just remember the walls contract (creaking noises). I recommend living at the apartments nearby where is it gated, and the one bedroom apartments are much larger to absorb noise.

Moving here was a terrible mistake. I moved in in the late summer and the first weekend here realized my apartment was infested with fleas. Upon walking in my dog refused to walk on the carpet and the carpet also smelled badly of dog urine with many visible spots. My dog has always been treated with flea medicine. I went to the pet store to buy spray and met the neighbor below me in the flea aisle who said her apartment also had fleas. At first the office said that it was my fault, but they then conceeded that the fleas came with the apartment and paid for an exterminator and changed out the carpet. A few months later the fleas were back despite vaccuming everyother day and diligent flea medicine on my dog. When I called the office they said that the exterminator said they must be new fleas and said they wouldn't help me or let me out of my lease. It is disgusting that the building somehow has a flea infestation problem but the office workers turn a blind eye to it. Also noteable, there is a flat sewer rate per apartment which equates to about $50/month and water runs about $20/month which is much more than my quarterly water and sewer bills at previous apartments.

This place looked great before we moved in. in the past 6 months we have had several problems with our apt. and not to mention have recieved several noise complaints! NO BOWLING IN YOUR APT. people! aparently that is what we have been doing-although last time i checked we didnt have a bowling alley in our living room. the property manger amy is a ***** she will do pretty much anything to ruin your day. i cant even explain to you how much you won't like this place if you decide to move in. not to mention the rent is WAY too much. beware it is not a good idea to move in to this apt. complex

I cannot recommend this place for the following reasons: 1) They are quick to repair small easy items. However, they drag their feet for larger things like the patio door and malfunctioning windows. The patio door got fixed after two months and several calls. The windows are still not fixed. Two windows don't stay open and one window has a bad insulated pane, which has not been fixed yet. The refrigerator still leaks water, after they attempted to fix it twice. We just gave up calling and plan to move out. 2) All apartment complexes have some amount of noise that get thru from your neighbor(s). However, this place is the worse in isolating noise and smells between apartments. (This is based on my experience with 4 other apartments I have lived at. Perhaps I got lucky 4 other times, and this is normal, which the manager of this place suggested.) 3) The rent you get locked into is on their sliding scale based on market demand. Meaning, everyday, they calculate what they should rent their apartments for, which made it difficult to compare apartment complexes in the local area, when we were looking around. It is a shame, because there was so much potential, when we first saw this place. We moved here, because it was the only place near my work that offered a 3 bedroom apartment. Also, this place is beautiful outside, they take care of public area very well. I wish they put the same attention to detail inside their apartments.

Moving here was the worst mistake I ever made. My apartment fixtures were old and my apartment was freezing all winter long. Needless to say I had a hefty electric bill during the winter. They promise so much and deliver so little. I got laid off and spoke with management to please let me out of my lease early. I was paying close to 1200 a month including a the little extras they tack on for a 1 bedroom. They told me flat out NO and charged me a late fee of close to 150.00 every month my rent was past due and it was only late for 2 days. I was so happy when my lease was up. I found a great apt at Golf Club. When speaking with Golf Club they actually said they let people out of their lease if you lose your job and in these rocky times that was a relief. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
