After several months at this location, I would say it is a mixed bag. The building is well-maintained and it is nice to have a work out facility in the building. The maintenance staff is very friendly and responsive. It is also located across from a shopping center and is just a short walk (15 minutes) from the University. However, the site management is woefully inadequate. We have had repeated problems with paperwork and maintenance requests being lost. For example, we received notification three months after we moved in from the gas company that our paperwork (which we completed and turned in to management) had never been filed. When we checked with management they still had our completed forms, they just hadn't gotten around to filing them. Also, when we moved in there were a number of broken things (kitchen counter, shower rod, toilet seat, etc.) Not only was management rude when we asked for them to be fixed, it took nearly two weeks for them to be fixed. Also, management never notifies us when packages are received. We've had packages sit in the office for over a week. This is a problem when a package arrives early or when you received over-sized mail you don't know is coming. Last, but not least, the floors and walls are paper thin. You can hear so much from the other apartments (especially if your neighbor happens to have a powerful sub-woofer). Management generally treats noise complaints as if they are your own problem. We plan to move out as soon as our lease is complete and I have a break from school.

Shirley is very rude and sarcastic. She rushes your conversation and gives you attitude. She disgusts me and does not need to be employed with any job that includes dealing with the public.
