I purchased a Dreame vacuum thinking it would make cleaning easier. Instead, it stopped working within a month. After sending it in for repair, I got it back damaged even worse. When Dreame finally approved a refund, they reversed the decision after receiving the product. Their support responses were slow and confusing. This was an exhausting, expensive lesson.
